Pro starts with a 7-day free trial once per account; cancel before it ends and nothing is charged. Cancel any time after and Pro stays until the paid period ends.
A first payment after a forgotten trial is refunded in full within 7 days, a yearly charge within 14 days, and any charge made in error in full.
